1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Fortius Intel ("Service"), operated by Fortius Intel ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including enterprise clients and individual subscribers.

Fortius Intel provides geostrategic and economic intelligence services, including but not limited to:

• Automated geostrategic risk scanning and analysis
• Sector-specific threat assessment briefs
• Country and regional risk reports
• Scenario modeling and forecasting tools
• Analyst-verified intelligence reports

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Tiers

We offer multiple subscription tiers (Recon, Scan, Command) with varying features and pricing. Details of each tier are available on our website and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' advance notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access

4.3 Free Tier

The Recon (free) tier provides limited access to our Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

THE INTELLIGENCE AND ANALYSIS PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS THE SOLE BASIS FOR MAKING BUSINESS, INVESTMENT, OR POLICY DECISIONS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY INFORMATION.

7.2 Service Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The Service does not constitute legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for specific advice tailored to your situation.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FORTIUS INTEL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any damages resulting from interruption or cessation of transmission

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fortius Intel and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom, the jurisdiction in which Fortius Inteligence Advisory Services Ltd. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fortius Intel regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
